
Our Principles

"You are always in your head" - Perhaps you have heard this saying to describe someone who is thinking or worrying too much. We all have moments like this.
During this state, you are chiefly seated in the intellect experiencing various kinds of imagination resulting in negative thoughts and emotion. The body becomes tense & with attention elsewhere, you may only notice this tension when you move posture.
When in this state the body becomes foreign to the head and we often forget the body is there throughout the day.
You lose your presence.
Through self observation you can bring the attention to moments where you have lost sensation of the body.
You are not unified as you are now missing necessary faculties of your being.
In order to have an undistracted intellect you must consciously relax and come to sensation of the body.
But how?
Currently, you do not have the knowledge to access all the necessary components of your being.
You must work on this to evolve...


We will instruct you to unify your being and give you a "zero" to work from.
Just as you would zero a piece of measuring equipment analogous to this are the exercises but for your state of consciousness & conscience.
Alongside these exercises you will be provided with guides on what external impressions you need to bring your attention to and how the inner-self reacts to these impressions.
Curiosity will get you so far, ultimately you must make the effort to learn this teaching.
The results...how to use the attention to work synergistically with your being allowing you to "do" more.
