Each exercise is validated as the improvement can be experienced by you. You do this specific guided effort… & you get the result as per the degree of intensity!
Most meditation approaches offer relaxation or inspiration (mantra). Inner Exercise focuses on training the attention as a self measurable skill. You are guided to observe the whole of yourself through a clear framework that’s both teachable and testable. It’s not theory; it’s practice in self observation.
Anyone with curiosity about higher truths, Whether you are new to mindfulness or have years of meditation experience, Inner Exercise a completely different approach for those who are struggling to find a method which actually guarantees results if you put effort into these exercises.

Each session is a guided, live practice — not a lecture. You’ll be led through exercises and brief readings designed to stabilise attention and reduce internal talk. Sessions are conducted via Zoom.

Over time, you begin to notice that your being can be strengthened — and to be able to strive to observe one’s whole self. Do not expect immediate results, you are dealing with an exact science. 'YOU' will experience the inner change. Take a moment to ponder on the significance of how you can experience it yourself!
Each session lasts 45–60 minutes. Consistency is key — much like physical training. Attending regularly (weekly or bi-weekly) keeps you accountable. Any effort is not lost.
Come as you are — with an open attitude and a quiet space. For Zoom meetings: use a supportive chair with an upright back and a posture pillow for added support.
